This moment on the Steve Harvey is one that I will never forget. To be on national television talking about my passion of feeding the hungry and for Hillshire Farm to donate $25,0000 worth of food brings to tears to my eyes. That segment aired earlier this year, unfortunately the food has been distributed.... As of today, we have a multitude of empty shelves and the government is shut down which means- people will not receive food stamps this month... grandmothers, single parents, veterans and others will need Minnie's Food Pantry assistance like never before.
